Responsive and timely Although my vehicle went I for service only Advisor accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle. This service is very much appreciated. Also he kept me updated on the work process.
Service was standard. Service specialist Charles was great, friendly and helpful. Made my service quick and easy with dropping off my car, assignING me a loaner and the final pickup of my vehicle. Calling into the service department long hold times, challenges in other service specialists assisting with help if my service specialist was not available.

Amazing Acura Experience! Will was the salesman who helped us the entire way and he did an amazing job! Speaking as a former car salesman, we did not get that pushy salesman vibe ever with Gunn Acura! He was very patient, provided detailed information and even came in hours earlier than his shift started.
