First service This was our first service on our MDX. we had a coupon for an oil change at $19.99 and a complementary tire rotation. We found out that we could not use 2 coupons??? So the rotation and oil change ended up costing us about $45,00. This is misleading to say the least. Other than warranty, we won’t be back for service .

Not stressful We were clear that we were paying cash for the car and did not want to be coerced into a loan. They were agreeable to that. We had used the same salesman for our last Acura and were comfortable with him. We also like the way the service dept operates.

Amazing costumer service We have bought cars from several other dealers and this has been by far our best experience. Will took care of us and was never pushy, he was always very respectful and understanding and worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. The process was not stressful at all, we were out of there, in our new suv in less than 2 hrs. We will definitely be going back to Gunn in the future.

Great service in a timely manner. That car after washing looked brand new! They were courteous and knowledgeable I’ll be going back next time service light comes on!

Oil change, maintenance check Fast, efficient service. The service representative was very friendly and professional. I Always go to Acura for service. This is my third Acura. Will buy another!

Excellent maintenance service I was very pleased with the service from scheduling an appointment to the maintenance. Brandon explained the service to me fully and kept me informed as to the progress. The waiting time was minimal. I had asked that specialty plates we installed and they were. The waiting area was comfortable and well-stocked with a variety of goodies. Overall I was highly pleased with excellent service and reasonable price.

engine light came on Greeted nicely no wait. Utilized shuttle to get back to work. From work I called to check on status. Got my son to drop me off & wait for it. Found out it was battery needed to be replaced. Labor was a little steep but service was great. Had no warranty.

Gunn Acura dealership did a wonderful job taking care my car I would like to thank Ms. Sandy Lewis by taking good care of my RDX. I’m so greatful all the hard work and she did a wonderful job by explaining everything in details what my car needed to be done. When I’ll come back next time, I would like Ms. Sandy Lewis continues taking care of my car again.

Quick, honest experience The interaction at Gunn Acura with my wife and myself was phenomenal for a car dealership. No games, quick service, and an up front experience. My wife HATES the car buying experience and she was surprised at how quick, honest, and fair this experience was. Will definitely return in the future!
