My 2012 TSX Ive been using GunnAcura service since 20013. I love their service and recommendation to avoid future problems. I love my Gunn Acura! I purchased my Acura 8 years ago! First, I have loved my car! It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It is comfortable, very fuel efficient, and very sporty looking. Dealership Dale and jack were wonderful explaining the car problems and customer service. But the Mechanics didnt a horrible job and over charged me .. I asked them to change my oil and check my Trunk because it was not working and my transmission was Hesitating also my seat was not working ... When I got my car back the oil light was still showing it needed to be serviced. So I am not to sure if oil was changed also they were going to charge me 85.00 to fix my electric seat. On time Took my RDX in for scheduled maintenance and got excellent, on time service. Also noted alignment issue I was concerned about, which explained steering wheel resistance I had been feeling in braking. Good job!

Maintenance Stop by to have oil changed. Had received a promotional coupon for a discounted oil change. Called up to see if I needed to schedule an appointment, but was told I did not need to. I showed up and my car was told my car would be serviced in less than an hour and there was a complementary wash and vacuum service. I waited inside the service lounge where complementary snacks, coffee and sodas were available. My car was ready in less than a hour

Average service My sales person was courteous. I wish Javier or any substitute would have called back on a more timely basis. My car was fixed to my satisfaction. However, I didn’t like that they recommended an air filter and tire alignment, even though both were new. This made me wonder if they are really assessing my car (credibility). Nonetheless, everyone was courteous, and I appreciated the clean waiting area and snacks. Appreciated the loaner as well, and it was ready when we arrived.

Gunn Acura!Excellent job, excellent dealer !!! Friendly costumer service, nice and neat facility, attention to details, listening your concern and fixed without hesitation and complications is what makes a big difference in costumer satisfaction and define Gunn Acura!
