this was not my usual experience and hope it is not repeated did not meet any of my expectations; fell far below their norm based on past experiences i had an appointment - there were at least 15 cars ahead of me; people were walking up to the service desk. there were at least 4 - 5 service advisors - all seem preoccupied and none appeared to have any concept as to how to solve the logjam! my service took more than 2.5 hours for an oil change, tirerotation

Car maintenance The service employee Brandon was helpful. I made my appt online and Gunn had no record of it so that should be remedied. Cost of recommended service was much high.

Car in shop 45+ days over ownership My car has been in for multiple issues and Hal the time the response is, sorry we don’t know what’s wrong but it seems fine now after clearing engine check lights. They have also sent me on my way with the subframe not secured so my car was scary to drive to say the least. They also damaged my windshield, clearly lied about it and have also lied about doing multipoint inspection. Ask yourself, how does brake pad life go from 90%-30% in 2 weeks? Fast and efficient Love the shuttle services. I can get my car taken care of and still make it to work on time. Also nice to have a fresh cup of coffee for my ride. The service was completed quickly and efficiently. Andres was friendly and straight forward, handling everything as soon as I dropped my car off.

Consistently excellent Everything works smoothly every time I take my car in for service. Personnel are courteous and professional. The no appointment service for oil and routine maintenance is excellent and the wash is complimentary .

Repair I live out of town and have a daughter in school in San Antonio. I have had two breakdowns with her older Acura and the support I get from Dale Thames is outstanding. He goes above and beyond to accommodate my daughters class schedule to work in all repairs. He communicates all information to me and keeps me fully informed on the status of the repair. He is the epitome of customer service and I highly recommend Gunn Acura Service department.

Calm and easy with good service Good experience. I liked the fact the sales people were salaried. I also like the fact that the very nice sales people were salaries. Overall great transaction.

Outstanding service Javier Lozano and Joe Botello gave me outstanding service on my Acura MDX. The front end alignment and tire rotation and balance causes the car to drive like new.

The service you expect from Acura Quick turn (< 1 hour) for oil and transmission fluid on a holiday. Waiting area has the right amount of what you want—coffee/latte machine, fresh donuts/fruit, granola bars and the right amount of quiet space adjacent to the larger TV viewing area. You get what you pay for in knowledge of staff, customer service, and peace of mind knowing they won’t leave your oil pan or interior in worse shape than when it came in compared to those “quick” and “jiffy” establishments.
