Great customer service! We moved to this area recently and needed our Acura serviced. Easy to set up appointment and customer service was excellent. We were informed of all work and prices before start of service. Very nice waiting room with drinks and snacks. Javier Lozano was very professional and greeter was very friendly.
Excellent service department My experience at Gunn Acura was first class. I called to set up recall for my Acura ILX and the gentlemen even asked my vin number to make sure my car was on the list. My daughter recently moved to Sequin and I highly recommend them to service your vehicle.
Great friendly service Everyone was very friendly. Finance Moe made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Sales Frank took the time to show me every detail of my new vehicle, he had great patience with showing me how to program my Vehicle. GM Ed was very polite checked on us frequently. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
So appreciate Mr. Alvarez! We are glad we found Gunn Acura for our next new car. Sales rep Tony Alvarez and the dealership made the process of choosing and buying our new 2018 Acura RLX a pleasure. Everything that could be done to meet our expectations was done cheerfully and earnestly. Acura MDX review 2016 We worked with Tony Alvarez. He was. Dry curteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Financing was done efficiently and done in a timely manner. The overall experience was positive.
Tony Alvarez + Gunn Acura = We drove from Austin to San Antonio with our daughter for her first car purchase and it was a truly wonderful experience (the only exception being the unavoidable I-35 traffic).
