Be prepared for noisey neighbours . The show was not cleaned properly. I had to unblocked the shower. And put a bucket underneath a leak kitchen sink.
Well to start, the check in is until 20:00, nobody in the reception they come and gone. I was in King Cross, room number 1, the most noisy room, is just in front of the door. You cannot watch normal TV, all that had is smart TV and you have to have your subscription if not you cannot watch anything.. The basket with coffee and milk...etc that they offer you,it was empty, I called them, and asking kindly if they can replenish, they put 3 milk more🤦♀️, no sugar not any🤷♀️.
