I started my search for a car on July 16th by going to 3 different car dealerships with poor customer service. My salesperson, Mike Soileau, was very personable and informative. I had a 1:00pm appointment and he made his introduction at 1. I loved being introduced to the sales manager and the finance person by name as well as being advised what role they played in the buying process. Now that my name is in the dotted line, I hope I continue to get the attention and customer service, I received today .

Left my car here for what was supposed to be 3 hrs turned into two days and they still didn't do anything to my car..... Oh yes they did...... They stole my gun and the service manager was a complete ass saying his guys would never do that. Then after further inspection found they also went and trashed my glove compartment....... Waiting on the cops now!!!!
