All I can say is my hubbs..chose a beautiful black limited dodge..and I am loving it....is very comfortable. .and no a lot more smoother then our other duelly.....ism driving this one...
I've been here since 9am and still haven't got an oil change. It's been 90 minutes already and still waiting. It looked empty when I got here.
Buyer beware! They will low ball you on your trade in. They were $1500 lower then two other dealers. No, the other dealers didn't change the price of car in the deal. Same price as Gulfgate for same car.
To my knowledge, the only thing good about this dealership is the prices. That being based off of the one vehicle that sparked my interest. Unfortunately, I contacted 4 different people in sales and was told they would get back with me on info that i needed before making a four hour drive to Tx, and yet my phone calls were never returned. The customer service of Ms Pasty Johnson was great when I went in to get the air bags fixed on my truck when I left that day and I got home I realized that they had left there tool's in my truck the next day I return to the dealership and MsJohnson was there I told her what happened and I did not want what was not mine she gave me a great hug and her card because of her will be the reason I will be returning to this dealership. Thanks for the great customer service provided there
Customer service stops once they sell you a vehicle. Been waiting over a month on a straight forward answer on a repair and over 2 weeks waiting for a manager by the name of Andrew to call. I'd take my business elsewhere.
