Absolutely the worst experience with a companies customer service that I have ever had. Spoke back and forth for a week on a 2016 Tahoe and was assured it was in clean, no dent shape. We made the 4.5 hour trip to come purchase and there was 8 huge dents in the door and hood. Spoke to a manager who had no concern about the wasted trip and told us that we should assume all preowned cars had dents, even though I specifically asked about dents and dings. Was given the run around . They Could not find the keys of the cars we wanted to look at. Was interested in buying 2 cars ready to buy money in hand. No call back. No service.

Bad I ended up with a fucking credit inquiry when I didn't signed shit for these bastards am fucking pissed off. After my Purchase order ended up being almost 5k more then what they had their shit posted up for. I walked out with out having them run my credit cause I was preapproved for the amount I checked my report right now. Guess what gulf gate ducking dudge. Fucking ass holes. ��
