Poor customer service in the service department. Left a message for the service manager, who never called me back! My car has been in sever times in the last year and all I keep hearing is it is the battery! Never does my transmission issue get addressed. How a 2015 cars has needed 2 batteries in a year is beyond me. Lazy!
This is the worst place that I've ever experienced. I was given two different cars. I signed all my paperwork and thought it was a done deal and after a month I was told that I had to turn in the car. I have visited many car dealerships in my life and all of them have been straight to the point. Now that they've have ran my credit so much I can't get a deal anywhere. Service takes too long. Some people are helpful. Some are down right rude
Shout out to Luis Hernandez! The best in the business at giving Houstonians the best deals on vehicles! Just copped a 2017 GC and have to say this was the best customer service I've ever experienced! Props to all the employees of GULFGATE DODGE THEY ARE AWESOME
Just rediculous... took my dually dodge ram for some recalls. While it was there had tired rotated and balanced. Neither did the tire rotation or balancing was done right. After droping once again, picked it up the next day they refunded my money becouse they did not do the tire rotation correct. While i was driving out noticed all tires under pressure...but i did not bother to go back... just terrible.
I had an express appointment for a oil change and tire rotation @ 7:30 am,I didn't leave there until 9:25 am,after working all night

I went to go buy a car advertised online for 10k. So I go to the dealer and ask for an out the door price he comes back with 15,500 I told him that was a ridiculous price when the car is only 10k. So I offered 10k out the door and he said that's a ridiculous offer so I told him I would do 11k out the door and he said that's still a ridiculous offer. How do advertise a car online for 10k and then when people get there it turns into 14.5. I drove 2 hours one way for them to waste my time like this.
Crappy Customer Service Excuses after the sale But I don't Expect anything more form car dealership. Scummy sales people.
