Service department is so backed up to where they are making appointments 6 weeks from now. I am a single, female with one vehicle; you cant expect me to wait 6 weeks.
Pro: I got a vehicle out of the deal.......Cons: Drove from Beaumont and got my vehicle that day all to have to drive BACK to Houston when I got off work because hardly any of the correct paperwork was completed. Now it's been over a month and a half and my license plate expires tomorrow after being told it was put in the mail 2 weeks ago. Now all of a sudden it'll be put in the mail tomorrow and that's AFTER the manager almost actually charged me for it. The worst customer service possible. Our sales associate was great, loved my jeep,...but nothing good about the level of customer service and support they provide
This place of businesss is not very neighbourhood friendly. Their salesman from both side speed thru the neighbourhood like their on I-45. Repeated calls and police going over there to talk to them. Calling the owner who never aviable has done no good. I bet they dont allow speeding thru his neighbourhood. Who would want to buy a car from this place? Who dosent care about the neighbourhood.

Pathetic!!! I called last Saturday told them that I was at another dodge dealer didn't like what I saw their that I was on my way to their dealership was told as long as I made it there before 4pm I would be taken care of fully...BULLSHIT!!! got there by 3:45 pm was literally push out the door cause they all wanted to leave already nobody wanted to assist me a sales person by the name of D'SHAWN or something like that took down my info or it look like he did and he said...give me one full day to see what I can do for you...w... read more
