AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Got a great deal on a 2014 Ram 1500. When I got home I realized the rear bumper was crooked, the front headlight was not aligned, and the USB cover was broke. Called my service rep, Paul, he said that the service department would take care of it. I have called the service reps who can not tell me that it will be covered by warranty and I have e-mailed and called the Service Manager, Connie, repeatedly and have never been contacted. I purchased the truck on 3/30/15. Terrible customer service!
Who buys a new car and only get one key and no owners manual? Love my car, but thats Chrysler. Never do business here again

I got my 2014 Dodge Avenger about a week ago and everything has been going great since! The service at Gulfgate was EXCEPTIONAL, and everyone there was really friendly. My sales rep Mike Soileau even went out of his way to come and pick me up from Bay City and he made sure that this process was as easy as possible for me. Thank you guys sooo much!!! Got a good deal
This delearship is a joke from their salesman to their General Manager E Dale Early. They make shady delas to make their end of months numbers look good. HOW DOES 979 THE BOX ENDORSE THEM. We where given the runaround about a car now they dont even know where the car we traded is or even that we had given cash as a down payment . After setting up several appointments to get this issue resolved they would alwys act like they are lost when we got there. Worst staff ever poor customer service, ready to make a deal tell you one thing then try to ease you to take Lower price car for higher rate, higher interest rate, and don't offer the same rebates as every other car dealership in Houston. Very disappointed
