Disappointing Experience with Pricing and Customer Service I arrived at the shop at 9:10 AM, only to find that it didn’t open until 9:15 AM—information that was pointed out by a woman inside who was laying out jewellery. The door was finally opened at 9:19 AM by a different, rather unfriendly woman. Once inside, I noticed a customer already being helped at the watch repair counter, even though the shop hadn’t officially opened!.
