The worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s so dark and really small and dingy, very dirty and like a day time lights on club scene. No where to sit and pause. So I had to sit on the filthy carpet. Toilet was blocked. It’s a horribly dark and really unmotivated place. Machines that work up against a wall. Kept getting messages saying gym was shut! I was shocked at how bad it was and at how all these reviews are clearly only 5 star so not much truth. Avoid this so called gym. Very depressing. No staff, no air con, it’s horrible.... read more

Great place. I love training with Brendan. He is super amazing and helps me a lot. Best time boxing back with him ok this new environment. Fabulous types of equipment and the place is clean. Kudos!!
Thank you for the warm and friendly welcoming I received at reception and most of all thank you so very much to Cara, for looking after me so very well with my Personal Training . I am delighted with the progress in the toning of my body. Cara is such a kind, considerate and highly professional person trainer. I can see she most definitely put your heart and soul into all that she does.
A fantastic gym, the best in Guildford! Staff are so friendly and classes are fun. My PT Cara manages to make a tough workout enjoyable. Highly recommended!
