If I could give this company a minus 1 I would. Please DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON FOR THEM! I arranged an appointment as per the instructions via text message and was asked to provide the voucher number which I did. The owner redeemed this straight away even though I had not yet had my haircut. She then cancelled the appointment on the morning I was due to go in and has not rearranged it or let Groupon know which means I am out of pocket and have been charged for a service I did not receive. I always use Rachel at this hairdressers She is lovely, she is always friendly and is a great hairdresser and does a good job on my hair. I thoroughly reccomended her. My sisters use her too.

I purchased a voucher on Groupon to have my hair done. I then proceeded to phone to book an appointment as per Groupon's instructions. After making nearly a dozen telephone calls over a week and leaving messages to try and book, I decided to drive to the Salon. I made my appointment with Danielle and commented that my calls had been ignored to be told that the phone had been switched off! No apology offered for the inconvenience caused to me! This merchant is completely unreachable, both numbers provided via Groupon are not working, they go straight to voicemail, I have left a few voice messages, left text messages, after 3 weeks I have tried contacting via Facebook messenger but noting again, I won't beg for an appointment, it's ridiculous !!! no matter how busy you are you should have at lest any mob no that is working or at lest respond to messages, after 4-5 weeks of trying I have given up...perhaps private customers are being treated differently but DO NOT B... read more
