I was given an 8 AM-Noon window for my annual servicing. I was pleasantly surprised when the Service Technician, Dmitriy, called to let me know he was on his way & arrived shortly afterwards. He was thorough & shared with me some regulations that may impact my unit in the future. He recommended I call their office if I would like someone to come out to explain options & costs if I do want to replace my aging system. I appreciated the “heads up.”
