Have many rentals.... one had gas furnace go out Friday at 5pm, of course. They had their tech out on Saturday afternoon. I then scheduled service on 3 other properties so I wouldn't be charged the after hours cost that I had to pay for the weekend repair, though that was worth the money spent as my tenant couldn't be a weekend without heat. We hada very challenging HVAC System in our fairly new home and ha several attempts at getting it fixed to no avil until Josh and from G&S Heating arrved and went throuh the whole sysem unti they found the problem. Their staff was so kind in helping and guiding me through a repair that another company failed twice to fix. The repair staff was so confident in the quality of their work and the company offered a 1 year commitment to their work that it would fix the issue. They navigated the warranty part request from Lennox even though they did not install the furnace for me when I purchased it.
I highly recommend G&S. I am a Realtor representing an out of state seller. She needed some work done in her home for the sale. G&S was outstanding in their level of service, their timeliness and professionalism. Thank you for a job well done!
