The excellent response time, professionalism, courteous and friendly office and service personnel. They are competent and diligent in both the explanation and the resolution of the problem, and follow through with a job very well done. As a senior citizen, all of the above was very important to me, as was the fairness in cost of parts and labor. G&S will be my first and only recommendation to anyone with a need with heating or cooling. They are THE BEST!

A year ago would have recommended. After our yearly check not impressed. Keep your checkbook under lock and key. Allen tried to charge us for services already paid for, hit us for a surge protector $180+ not sure why this wasn't offer at installation if it was so important. Was originally installed with the intent of being able to add an additional unit. Per Allen not an option and Jesse at G&S, who sold us the unit, wont return our calls. Great on the front end, once they get you followup isn't as impressive.

Today one of your employees "Willy" serviced a house that I rent in Monroe. Even though it was just routine maintenance, he was exceptionally polite while being professional at the same time. I would expect no less from your company. Thanks! :)

PSE emergency service had to be called due to a gas leak after service call. It was due to a loose connection. Also found out the part that "had" to be replaced as per the tech, did not. And it was only at $50 part. They charged me $250. I was referred to G & S by a client. I will never use them again.

GS installed my HVAC system 1 year ago next month and I couldn't be happier. I have referred several people there and they are just as happy with their new systems. 5 stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND

G&S's recent installation of a new furnace due to a warranty issues exceeded our expectations! The furnace provided by the manufacturer had technical issues and after trying diligently to fix the (substandard) replacement, Roger, the owner of G&S, stepped up to the plate and replaced the furnace with a new top of the line furnace. Roger was under no obligation to make the replacement, but his dedication to superior service lead him to help us at no additional cost.
