The young man who serviced my heat pump was especially nice. He explained a few things to me and answered my questions.

Willy was prompt honest snd very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my heat pump and is coming back Friday to repair it cause he had to get material for it. I highly recommend this company.

They show up on time and do a thorough job. They also explain what they have done, and tell me what steps they have taken to remediate any potential issues that would be forthcoming. Preventative maintenance is the way to go. G&S provides an annual plan that provides spring and fall preventative maintenance so issues don't pop up in the middle of a heat wave or cold snap. I called 7 electric companies professing to be 24/7 emergency service, on Saturday morning the 5th the only call back I got was from GS Heating. The tech called me back within 3 minutes of hanging up. I had an emergency my well was out I had no water. The technician showed up within 15 minutes he was polite, courteous and professional. He track down the problem fixed it and double-checked to make sure everything was correct even in my fuse box. I will refer GS TO EVERYONE I KNOW. EXCELLENT JOB THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
