Allen was knowledgeable, thorough, and he educated us, and prompted us to make wise decisions on getting the most from our heat pump and heating unit. I reccomend G & S Heating, Cooling, and Electric to anyone either looking to buy, or looking to maintain their existing system.
They are always prompt. The technicians are knowledgeable and personable and treat our home and equipment with care.
G&S comes out twice a year to keep my heating/cooling system in perfect working order. The technicians are always friendly and efficient. I have used G&S for over 30 years and I have always been pleased. I recommend G&S to anyone that will listen!
The repairman was everything you could ask for. But prices for parts were so high I will follow up in case there was some error somewhere in the process. An example was a common blower circuit board pn 40k82 is from $25 to $50 from many sources. I was charged $791.50 including an ordering and environmental fee. Again I will followup with g&s. G&S Heating was a pleasure to work with. Everyone connected with the sale & installation of my new furnace couldn’t have been more professional. Their estimate was much lower for the same furnace than the two other companies I contacted. I am very pleased.
G&S was able to promptly schedule the installation of a replacement furnace and heat pump. They performed professionally and completely cleaned up the old equipment and any debris.
This business has fantastic communication. They replaced all exterior lighting at my condominium. The work was fantastic and done in the agreed time frame and they even went the extra step to do additional clean up afterwards that was not required. Prior to accepting the job, we asked a lot of them in terms of questions, price options and we emailed them excessively and they were nothing but professional and kind. Highly recommend!
Excellent service on my heater this afternoon, very prompt, and friendly. And extremely honest. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
