Don't pay the winners of their events. Brighton marathon winners have not been paid 2 years in a row 🤷♂️
Until they actually Refund me & many others that have been promised Refunds from an Event that was cancelled back in February.. We have been mis led so many times on when we are likely to be paid. Only refunds have come via making claims via small claims action.. and via Banks & Credit Cards. So nothing really positive to say about Grounded Events. Especially as they still seem to be advertising & promoting other events.. taking money from others.. Don't even deserve the one star..
Excellent service. Got stains out of duvet for us.
