I booked an appointment here for a head shave, beard shaping, and beard colouring. Despite confirming this at booking, I was only told on arrival—after waiting five days—that they do not offer beard colouring. No apology was given, and the response was defensive rather than professional. Poor communication and lack of professionalism made this a complete waste of time. Not recommended.
Went in for a facial and Sarah was amazing, great customer service. Would highly recommend fell asleep during most of it. She really knows her stuff and skin looks better now. Will definitely go again. Worth every penny.
