You told me how you called to make an appointment because your boiler was not working correctly. You questioned why you were charged for a service call and not given the option to have Jeff come out at no charge. Not even worth the 1 star i had to select. If you live in the East Stroudsburg area and have any heating, plumbing or AC issues DO NOT USE RJ Groner!!! I called them out to fix a leaky faucet on Dec 4th 2021. The guy left stating he had to order the part. After several calls, emails and waiting for the part, I finally got the issue fixed by ANOTHER company. RJ Groner fails in customer service and satisfaction. I doubt I would ever use them again.

We went to the customer's home on Dec 2nd and found the faucet to be bad and needed to be replaced. The customer told the technician she would buy a new one herself. While we were there we found that she also needed a new shower cartridge. This Koehler cartridge had to be ordered. We were informed by the supplier that is on backorder. We have checked on the status with the supplier daily and they still do not have it. Unfortunately, we have no control over manufacturing delays. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied does not even scratch the surface. They installed a new Bryant Evolution HVAC unit about three years ago, and for three years everything was fine. Then the coil went. RJ Groner came out, tech said it was a manufacturer's defect. Called Bryant, found out RJ Groner according to Bryant was not an authorized dealer. The part was covered by warranty however the LABOR was not, and a labor contract was never offered when the unit was first installed. Wait, there's more, about a month after th... read more
Working with RJ Groner is a pleasure. From the office staff who do the scheduling and followup calls to the techs who do the servicing and maintenance, they are all great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I won't call anyone else for my furnace or heat pump/ac unit. On time and very professional.

Recently my Air condition unit was not working properly. I called R. J. Groner, Inc. They sent a repairman, John Reese. John was polite, neat, professional and very helpful. He explained what was wrong with the unit and what he was going to do to fix it. John repaired the unit. John is a great asset to your company. If I ever need work done I will request John. My Fujitsu air conditioner needs cleaning and adjustment once per year. I had it installed two years ago. The original vendor did a sloppy job during my yearly adjustment last year, so I decided to change vendors. I asked around and got a very positive report about R.J.
