Had my gas boiler serviced by R.j. Groner and couldn't be any happier with the job done, both John R. And Karen Z. provided the best customer service I have received from a plumbing, heating etc company. Tried Leon clapper before them and what a disappointment, R.j. R.J. Groner, Inc. recently installed a new Energi Air Elite 2.5 ton heat pump system. My experience starting with the sales office (Karen) and then the installers (Danny B. and John B.) was nothing less than excellent. The installers were on-time, professional and courteous. Danny explained how the system worked and answered my questions. They also cleaned up the work area when they were done. I would highly recommend R.J. Groner and will definitely use them in the future.
