I called to have someone check my furnace as it is old and worn out. Their service guy was punctual, and very professional and polite. He explained everything so I could understand it. Nice guy. They serviced my furnace last year. Would recommend RJ Groner hands down

HIGHLY recommended to all homeowners with HVAC, sump pumps, water heater and all plumbing problems, RJ Groner staffs/repair man are courteous, responsible, knowledgeable & well mannered people that you can depend on!!! Our tech *** was so friendly and helpful! ***** always takes care of us! Definitely not the cheapest in the area, but you pay for what you get top quality!

The workers were well trained and knowledgeable about the furnace. Cleaned and replaced what is needed now and inspected with recommendations for future repairs. Answered any questions and gave knowledgeable answers...it's reassuring to speak with Groner's crew...they know what they're doing...I appreciate people that can relate to their customers without excuses. New to ******************** and am hopeful for a great relationship.
