They gave me a window of 10:00 am- 2:00 pm he showed up after 2:30. He was here about an hour flushed out the condensate line, no materials restarted the unit charged $369 and left. Within 20 minutes the unit stopped again. I called the office, and they came backout. He flushed the pan and lines again. This time he checked the freon charge and water flow. The communication with them was very good. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Before the repair was made he explained everything to me and gave me a price after looking up parts needed. The price was very fair.After the repair he explained what the problem was and what he did to correct it.I would definitely use them again.

The Groner amployee arrived on time to service and clean our air conditioner..He had to go up into our attic to to service the unit up there. He found that the coolant gas was low and recommended that we get it taken care of, which we will.He serviced the outside unit also and found that the capacitor was faulty and we agreed to having it replaced.He then totally cleaned the outside unit.
