Just bought a home and it had been serviced previously by RJ Groner, so we went with them. We had them come in to service the **** system and install a new thermostat. They were incredibly thorough and explained everything they were doing. We were very satisfied.
R J Groner- All of the people that I have had contact with are very personable. They want to make sure you have a pleasant experience and are happy with their work. We have had them servicing our equipment for several years in 2 homes. Their follow through is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed to replace a "T-KIT" for a water supply from well to air pressure tank. **** Groner, *** arrived on time for the appointment and had all necessary parts and the most up to date equipment to complete the job. Completed the job very swiftly.

I have a geothermal unit and my thermostat would state service needed and panel would turn red. This happened several times but was able to get out of it. Called this morning and was given an after hours appointment. Received call from **** and asked could they come now since someone was already in area. ******* came and showed how we could see error code. He fixed the issue and since he was coming during business hours, he charged regular rate as opposed to rate I was quoted. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.... read more
The company is very reputable. The technician explained everything very well with the A/C tuneups. Arrived promptly. He was very friendly to deal with. He texted me when he was arriving. I will use RJ Groner in the future.

The response time after hours from a technician for my emergency issue was truly impressive. 1 am and I was speaking with ******* as he guided me through troubleshooting my system. Ultimately I needed a new heat pump however, I was consistently updated on the part and had it installed within days of the original emergency. Simply and truly amazing!!
