HIGHLY recommended to all homeowners with HVAC, sump pumps, water heater and all plumbing problems, RJ Groner staffs/repair man are courteous, responsible, knowledgeable & well mannered people that you can depend on!!! Our tech *** was so friendly and helpful! ***** always takes care of us! Definitely not the cheapest in the area, but you pay for what you get top quality!

The workers were well trained and knowledgeable about the furnace. Cleaned and replaced what is needed now and inspected with recommendations for future repairs. Answered any questions and gave knowledgeable answers...it's reassuring to speak with Groner's crew...they know what they're doing...I appreciate people that can relate to their customers without excuses. New to ******************** and am hopeful for a great relationship.

**** *. does a great job as always and thats why I always request to have him service our oil boiler on a yearly basis. He is very informative and goes beyond his job to explain how things are working and pointing out areas that need to keep an eye on. Extremely polite and helpful. They gave me a window of 10:00 am- 2:00 pm he showed up after 2:30. He was here about an hour flushed out the condensate line, no materials restarted the unit charged $369 and left. Within 20 minutes the unit stopped again. I called the office, and they came backout. He flushed the pan and lines again. This time he checked the freon charge and water flow. He said the pressures were good and the water flow was right. He left with the unit running. The next day I turn the unit back on and later noticed the compressor was not r... read more

The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Before the repair was made he explained everything to me and gave me a price after looking up parts needed. The price was very fair.After the repair he explained what the problem was and what he did to correct it.I would definitely use them again.
