Excellent service. Last week RJ Groner fixed our heating system and this week they cleaned out the instant hot water system. Now everything is working great! They send incredibly well trained professionals who know what they are doing. Their service always goes above and beyond all expectations. ????

RJGroner’s service was provided as discussed prior to work being done. Communications with customer were clear. Provider was courteous and prompt. Prices for parts used are on the high side, but the option for providing your own parts is a plus. I have found the company responsive to our questions and have been attentive to stated concerns. We’ve had major jobs (heating system replaced) and smaller jobs (faucet replacement) done. RJ G***** was great. I had my doubts about the company from all the reviews I read but it depends who get. So far I got very knowledgeable people who installed HVAC and heat pump system to this old home I purchased back in 2014 with an existing ductwork system. They gave me a full run down and education how the system works. Not like SEARS back in my old home they just installed it and every time something was unusual to me I kept calling a repair man from sears and they kept on repairing when it didn’t need to.
