From the time our air conditioning unit broke until the new unit was installed everyone at RJ Groner was exceptionally professional. Mike and Wayne answered all of my questions clearly. They were prompt and very courteous. I would highly recommend RJ Groner to my family, neighbors, and friends. Excellent Service.

The Groner team, Tom, Danny and Jason, who installed my replacement geothermal system, seemed to be top-notch professionals. I explained my anxiety over having the work done and done right. They assured me that I would be pleased once it was completed. It was a two-day job, the guys were pleasant, respectful and easy to talk with. I was happy to have AC again. Every single office staff member that I spoke to, and I spoke to many, were so helpful and pleasant. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. In the very beginning of the process, I was in contact with Josh and he was great to deal with. I was very pleased with this company as a whole and would definitely use them again in the future.
