I joined last year suffering back pain and a little intimidated about joining, the team were so welcoming and knowledgable and really helped and supported me to get started on the right track. The gym is never too busy, it’s clean and genuinely a great atmosphere, it’s clear a lot of the members have been going there a long time which speaks volumes, everyone enjoys being there and the team are always on hand to help.

This gym is absolutely fantastic. The team are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you succeed, no matter your fitness level. The gym itself is always clean and well maintained, which makes training there even more enjoyable. What really sets this place apart, though, is the atmosphere — every gym-goer is encouraging and supportive, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and motivated. It’s an environment of unwavering support, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Love my off-peak membership at the gym- plenty of parking, usually quiet for me, all the machines/weights I need with a friendly PT always on site. GRNBOX uses apps to book a slot and another app for your training plan- easy to use and ensures you have a good idea of your training/weights.
