If you want to feel like apart of a family if it’s either your first time doing CrossFit or if you have tried it before this is the place for you. I joined as a complete beginner and Jen and her coaches were able to get me so much further in my fitness goals than I ever would’ve been able to manage myself. They offer amazing services and are so knowledgeable it makes fitness in general fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend and I can’t thank them enough. I started at Grizz in 2021 just wanting to try something new which would push me in my training. I started off with classes which not only challenged my physical strength but also my social skills as I struggled with social interactions, a year and a bit on and I now consider the team as friends. They helped me push myself and now I’m amazed by what I’ve accomplished in the gym and out with the gym.
