First time visit. Great food. Lots of fun with family. Very busy but the staff was awesome and accomidating. Good service from Taylor and Katie.
My husband and I love this restaurant! We visit often.
Got the bacon wrapped filet tonight & it was absolutely delicious!! It was super tender & very flavorful. The spinach dip appetizer was good as well. Wait time was only about 10 minutes, which I thought was great for 6PM on a Saturday night. I love forward to returning

Consistently great! Awesome scenery, amazing food and service! It's becoming a family tradition every time my parents come to visit. I could eat it everyday.
After waiting 20 minutes and not even be asked for a drink order. All the other tables around us were helped immediately. I finally got up and approached a random waiter because the girl in our section had completely ignored us. If you ask Dre we were probably the easiest table he had and we left him a 20% tip on top of that for being so accomodating. I absolutely love this places! Best burgers, and the chips and garlicky salsa are awesome! We visited twice on our two week trip... My only complaint is when it's 97 degrees outside, it would be nice if they had one room with air conditioning! I saw many older people and babies looking pretty miserable. Parents trying to comfort a hot baby isn't fun for anyone.. It's hard to enjoy hot food in a very hot restaurant.. Love you Gristmill! But the Texas heat is for outside not inside! :)
We just left there. Ribeye & Snapper dinners to die for. Lauren was the best server EVER! Fresh strawberry shortcake & Killer Margaritas. Wonderful outside seating- Best Birthday dinner I've had in a loooong time!!!
Enjoyed the food, service and scenery!!! Wonderful date nite!!
