Consistant high quality, time after time. We drive 50 miles, round trip, to enjoy a meal here. The onion rings are great. The fried shrimp plate is the best we have had anywhere. We will continue to make the trip on I-35 to enjoy the beauty of the river view, the staff and the great food.

We enjoyed a family weekend in New Braunfels and celebrated my birthday dinner at the Gristmill . The food was excellent, the manager and staff courteous , and our waitress, Megan,was super! 5 stars!!! Thank you all!!
