Not happy with the service they gave me yesterday and the way the service department drivers others people car's and then I wanted to know about getting a extended warranty on my truck they said he would get right back to me never did asked 4 times about it I gues they got my money and didn't care if I would have known that they didn't care about me I would have bought my truck and van some where else
Went to this dealership to get my first car and got there about 30 minutes before they closed on a holiday, not expecting to find out about getting a car that day. Woody and the financial advisor helped us for about 3 hours after they closed until everything was figured out - and I got a great car out of it :) we'll definitely go back and recommend you guys! Excellent customer service.
Bought three vehicles here. I think Griffin's hub are on top of their game bigtime. Had a great experience.
Just got back from your dealership and the girl who was supposedly trying to help me, told me she couldn't pull anything up on her computer because we didn't buy it there, even though we always have our oiled changed there and they pull it up on the computer. She told us we have to go back to the dodge dealer we bought it from.I WILL NEVER BE BACK! Not to mention she was laughing as I left.
Had another appointment today called last week told them my van was doing the same thing I had it in for last time (had van back 3 days before it started doing same thing) was told to bring it in never told I needed to pay 98.00 for diognastic explained that wasn't what I was told and was pretty much told they couldn't look at it until i agreed to sign to pay for the diagnostic. Bought here twice in 3 years, dealt with Phil both times. Great salesman and guy. My buying experience both times was stellar. I did not use their service department so no thoughts there, but I would definitely buy here again.
I went there for a oil change and tire rotation. Was told two different stories after two of my lug nuts snapped off. Was told by the service guy that had happened while they were trying to put it back on and when I spoke with the service manager she told me it happened when they were taking them off. I give them an okay because what should have been a simple half hour job I ended up sitting there over 4 hours! I was not charged for the labor on replacing the studs and lug nuts but for the time that I sat there and wasted I'... read more
Terrible customer service, I made 3 phone calls and was given incorrect information on price of my repair, they said I didn't need a appointment. And that the repair would take 15 minutes. All of which was incorrect. Won't ever deal which such inept people again.
Took my husbands truck in for a "express" oil change. I asked for synthetic oil to be used and was talked to like I'm a idiot. Looked at the bill at the end and they didn't use it. Questioned why and was told we didn't need it. Service writer tells me it will be a hour. Ok fine. Almost 3 hrs later it's finally done. I had to go ask why it's taking so long only to find out service writer leaves for the day. Never again will I step foot in this place Horrible service Better off going to jiffy lube
