Havent bought a car from them, but now I know why. Keep up that false advertisement and piss off more people than you guys actually serve.

This place sent out a scam advertising campaign called "Money Carlo" that fools people into thinking they won a TV or some other big prize. Some quick searching on the internet proves it's deceitful advertising and is actually illegal in some states. Don't give your money to these bottom feeders.
I just purchased my very first brand new car and the experience couldn't have been better! From my conversation with Garus, to working with Al K (the best sales guy ever!) and Dino on financing there wasn't one bad moment.
Jason is an awesome salesman and the repair department very accomodating. I always suggest friends and family go here!
Service department is horrible. I dread every time I need to come here for an oil change. So far, I've been sitting here for 2 hrs and 30 mins. My truck is still waiting for an oil change. Manager was very rude when I asked about why it was taking so long and didn't even want to make eye contact with me. There is nothing express about this service. Here's to hoping the oil change is completed within the next 30 mins.
Had a positive experience buying my first Jeep from Griffins Hub. Kyle S is a great salesman and would definitely go back to buy a car from him in the future. Overall, very welcoming and accommodating staff at this dealership.
