Sales rep failed to complete the sale due to his laziness and to busy texting on his phone to talk to his sales manager. It is a shame too as I would of signed that night. Never again will I consider these fools!

I just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee. My sales guy, Chris Tortosa, was outstanding! He explained all the bells and whistles to me ... I got a great deal ... and great SUV. Love it!!!! Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and courteous. I'll be back!
I stopped in over the event that came in the mail this past weekend. Virgil and alex in the finance department were very helpful in getting a car financed for me quickly with everything that I asked for. The service was great and I was able to take a car home the same day.
Received their terrible ad claiming I won a TV. Is there a better way to make a potential customer never want to do business with you? Disgraceful.
This review is only based on the advertisement that was sent out. I won't say it is illegal, because I know it isn't, but I found it to be very misleading and in very poor taste. I can not imagine that the ROI on this was positive in any way. If you are trying to attract people into your dealership there are much better ways of doing it. If the ad had simply stated come in and get $5 no questions asked, and by the way we will enter you in a raffle to win other prizes you would still get the foot traffic in, but people would ... read more
