Went in for a recall. Now I have more problems than I've ever thought possible. Thanks for disconnecting my cruise control!!! Oh and my ABS sensors...oh and putting my steering column on wring. Horrible service. Thanks for offering to look at it.....for $98!!! Terrible.... Crooks even!

Their service department is TERRIBLE! Has given my husband and I the run around regarding a recall we had done on our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (which we had about 10 months before issues started) and work that was previously done on the vehicle and getting refunded. Now rather than act like mature adults, the General Manager refuses to return any of our calls...
