Followup practices are very bad. I was told that I would get a call from Joe about a problem I had. Haven't heard a thing from him and its been over a week. Also, my salesperson, Warren Haase, was very good at hiding things from me. I like my new Compass very much, and am looking to replace my husbands van soon. But I will not go to Griffin Hub ever again. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, I will tell all my friends and Facebook that they should avoid this dealership!!
