I'm a returning customer, to the express oil change department. Every time I've been there, the staff is extremely friendly, and the service follows suit. I'd recommend them to everyone! Plus, they leave cookies in your car afterwards. Back again today 8/13/18: everything was perfect as usual!! Today I even got a free car wash....amazing customer service!! �
My fiancé and I both purchased brand new vehicles from this dealership. As soon as I drove my Jeep off of the lot and had to deal with their service department for whatever reason it has been, it was as if they could care less. Their service guys are nice enough, but there is never any communication and if I need to ask for something to be done or looked at it takes them all day to do so.
