I spent $1,500 and they told me that I needed a radiator the coolant line to the transmission and I power steering pump and flush and I agree like anybody who trusted mechanics but when I came to pick up the truck they showed me the radiator which is the most expensive part of this repair and there was no crack and leak in it and they told me they just can't prove it right now what kind of b*******is that but I know I won't go back there and I paid just to get my car back I tried to call the manager or the shop manager but t... read more
Service is hit or miss, usually have to wait a very long time and I’ve had to deal with my fair share of unpleasant workers there. I absolutely dread going there for my pre-paid oil changes and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.
I went to get my oil changed and had a very good experience as always ,i was told my tail light was out and i told the guy i had an extra bulb in the glove box and they install it,Tanya the service manger has a wonderful staff and i enjoyed going there,keep up the excellent customer service.Mark Kurzinski,is the best of the best,thanks Mark.
They do a good job, and are fairly priced. �. I also like the free car wash.
Called on a Sat. To see if I could get tail light fixture replaced with new one bought from dealership, said chances were slim, but would get me in. It was fixed 45 min., before closing, since I left it around 12ish, close! Was very satisfied, job well done!
Bought my jeep there in 2016z Get my oil changes etc there ever since. (Just got one today � ) I have always had a pleasant experience. The customer service peopl I've interacted with have always shown me respect and taken great care of me.
I am annoyed. Went for an oil change and have a leaky tire fixed. There were 4 cars in front of me to be serviced for oil changes. The CSR said about an hour. I said ok. After 2 1/2 hours I was no longer ok. This is not the first time this happened with quick lube here. The is absolutely nothing quick about this oil change service. If not for coupons I would not go here. Took 3 hours. Ridiculously slow is the best description I can give.
