We have, and will continue to, recommend Grier to anyone looking for a realtor in Charlottesville. Knowledgeable, responsive and patient are the three words I would use to describe her. Grier first helped with a house I had seen online-- which upon inspection turned out to have some significant structural issues, and the sellers didn't see any of it as a problem. Grier was professional (and friendly and fun to work with-- although that particular process was not a lot of fun to go through). Grier helped us in buying/selling our house. Our house had multiple offers in on the first day on the market and we were able to close on our first choice house! Grier is reliable, communicative, and ensures her clients feel comfortable at each stage of the buying/selling process.
Grier was so unbelievably helpful in the search for our dream home. She never wasted our time showing us houses that weren't a great fit and she was always available to take us to houses even when she knew they weren't going to be the one. I honestly believe if it were not for Grier we wouldn't be moving into our dream house in a couple months!
