Allison is absolutely incredible to work with. We have had the opportunity to work with her twice, once as a buyer when we moved from Wisconsin to buy our home in Leland and then as a seller when we went to sell that same home. We have bought two houses with Grier over the years. She is incredibly patient with buyers, listens to their feedback and ideas and really feels like a partner in your corner through every step of the process. She also has her finger on the pulse of the market - we felt like we saw things first or early on in listing and were able to get our first choice in both buying scenarios (our first home, and our second home as our family expanded).

Grier is a great realtor I would absolutely recommend. We would have never been able to get our house without her expertise. She was able to show us some houses that hadn't even it the market yet. She was also great with communication and showing options. We had to buy on a tight time line from out of state. Grier made the process easy.
