Grier did a wonderful job for us. She was our eyes and ears and helped navigate our purchase when we could not be there to do so. She even handled items that would normally handled by the sellers agent when they failed to step up.
Grier is Charlottesville's best! She is very well organized and spectacularly navigated showings, inspections, etc. during the times of COVID. She made herself available to us as much as we needed, and I felt well-guided through the entire selling and buying process.

Wish there were 10 stars because Grier Murphy is that good. We just closed on a double tricky home purchase: buying a house from a different state during a pandemic! Grier first helped with a house I had seen online-- which upon inspection turned out to have some significant structural issues, and the sellers didn't see any of it as a problem. Grier was professional (and friendly and fun to work with-- although that particular process was not a lot of fun to go through).
