Allison made the process so smooth. We bought our home days after Christmas when the market is usually slow. Would definitely recommend her to anyone in the cape area as a trustworthy and friendly agent. Also she responds to messages at all hours making the process flexible to different schedules

Wish there were 10 stars because Grier Murphy is that good. We just closed on a double tricky home purchase: buying a house from a different state during a pandemic! Grier is equal measures excellent at what she does and kind in the process. We felt perfectly guided every step of the way and highly recommend Grier and Nest Realty.
Allison was referred to us by our New York realtor & she was awesome. She made the process of moving easy (as easy as moving can be). Allison was very patient with us -- we kept changing our minds if we wanted a house or condo and she never was the least bit annoyed with our indecisiveness. She was always calm, sweet and caring. My husband and I met Allison 5 yrs ago. We went to an open house in Wilmington, hoping one day to move to this area. We had expressed to her, 5 yrs ago, this was a 2 year plan.
