Grier was awesome..From the time my daughter and I contacted her it was smooth sailing and a quick closing. She arranged the home inspection and was there for me since I do not live in the area. She was knowledgeable about the area and what would be a good price was to offer...She was patient with this Senior Citizen who was navigating a purchase of a home by herself.. Thanks Grier

We contacted Grier to be our agent because we had heard from a friend such stellar things about how competent, thorough, and friendly she was. Before we even spoke with her, we became serious about a house being sold off the market. She generously offered to unofficially look at the property with us. I have worked with Grier to buy and sell my first home and to buy my current house. She has always been very responsive in all communications and accommodating to my schedule for scheduling viewings and anything else I needed. She's provided great insights at every step of the process for both buying and selling. It's been great working with her, and I can't recommend her enough.

Grier is very hard working and seems to care a lot about her clients. When I first came into contact with her she was very busy, but was transparent about that and did not try to make it seem like she could take me on as a client immediately when she could not. When she did have more time shortly after, she was very focused on helping me. She also did a great job negotiating with the buyer and was very helpful in walking me through the whole process.

Allison helped us buy our first house in downtown Wilmington. She was fantastic to work with, really listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect house. She is super knowledgeable about the area, incredibly professional, always quick to respond to our many questions and fun to work with to boot! We now consider her a friend!
