Grier is a master class realtor. She is gracious, witty, kind, direct, and responsive. I'd recommend her to anyone, and we've had an abundantly positive time with her while she's been with us on our last two buys and sells.

I have worked with Grier to buy and sell my first home and to buy my current house. She has always been very responsive in all communications and accommodating to my schedule for scheduling viewings and anything else I needed. She's provided great insights at every step of the process for both buying and selling. It's been great working with her, and I can't recommend her enough.

Grier is very hard working and seems to care a lot about her clients. When I first came into contact with her she was very busy, but was transparent about that and did not try to make it seem like she could take me on as a client immediately when she could not. When she did have more time shortly after, she was very focused on helping me. She also did a great job negotiating with the buyer and was very helpful in walking me through the whole process.

In a very tough buyer's market, Grier was incredibly helpful on both sides of our selling and buying experience. We weren't sure we'd be able to pull off back-to-back closings in such a crazy market but Grier was there every step of the way and guided us through a successful sale and purchase. She was patient and always had helpful advice. I highly recommend Grier!

Grier did a great job with my home purchase. She was very patient with me while I was going to look at places to hone in on what I was interested in. I had a lot of questions for her, and she knew all the answers. I also asked for a lot of referrals after getting my bid accepted for various things, and she had all of those as well. It was an easy process with Grier, and I'm super happy with my new place.
