Grier helped us in buying/selling our house. Our house had multiple offers in on the first day on the market and we were able to close on our first choice house! Grier is reliable, communicative, and ensures her clients feel comfortable at each stage of the buying/selling process.
Grier was so unbelievably helpful in the search for our dream home. She never wasted our time showing us houses that weren't a great fit and she was always available to take us to houses even when she knew they weren't going to be the one. I honestly believe if it were not for Grier we wouldn't be moving into our dream house in a couple months!

We worked on and off with Grier over the course of four years as we dabbled with the idea of buying a house in C'ville. We have used Grier to purchase and sell one house and then purchase a new house. Given our tough market, she had to stick with us for a very long time and at no point did we ever feel like we weren't worth her time.
