We have bought two houses with Grier over the years. She is incredibly patient with buyers, listens to their feedback and ideas and really feels like a partner in your corner through every step of the process. She also has her finger on the pulse of the market - we felt like we saw things first or early on in listing and were able to get our first choice in both buying scenarios (our first home, and our second home as our family expanded).
