In a very tough buyer's market, Grier was incredibly helpful on both sides of our selling and buying experience. We weren't sure we'd be able to pull off back-to-back closings in such a crazy market but Grier was there every step of the way and guided us through a successful sale and purchase. She was patient and always had helpful advice. I highly recommend Grier!

Grier did a great job with my home purchase. She was very patient with me while I was going to look at places to hone in on what I was interested in. I had a lot of questions for her, and she knew all the answers. I also asked for a lot of referrals after getting my bid accepted for various things, and she had all of those as well. It was an easy process with Grier, and I'm super happy with my new place.
