Grier has excellent knowledge of Charlottesville's real estate market. But where she really excels is in the relationships she has with local real estate experts such as Home Inspectors, closing attorneys, etc... She was invaluable in guiding me through the entire process.

Grier, was fantastic throughout the process. Got us the house we wanted. Never pressured us. Was always extremely responsive. Had great recommendations on lenders, contractors, attorneys, etc.. Is an extremely pleasant pursuant and was delightful throughout the process.

I agree so much with what I read that I wish I could underscore and place exclamation points after all the laudatory words previously written.
