Grier, was fantastic throughout the process. Got us the house we wanted. Never pressured us. Was always extremely responsive. Had great recommendations on lenders, contractors, attorneys, etc.. Is an extremely pleasant pursuant and was delightful throughout the process.

I agree so much with what I read that I wish I could underscore and place exclamation points after all the laudatory words previously written. As first time home buyers, Grier did a great job of guiding us through the home buying process. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she really went to bat for us when the sellers were being less than cooperative. All in all buying a house is a stressful process that is made better by working with Grier.
Grier was incredibly helpful during our home buying process! I was still working out of the Charlottesville area during the entire process, but that didn't hinder our home-buying process as Grier was available by phone or email whenever we had a question.
