She was always professional and always made time even though she is a very busy women. This was our third home and I learned more from Grier during this one than buying our first two combined! We have worked with Grier twice - on our first house she was the selling agent that we purchased from and we liked her so much that when we were ready to purchase our next home, we used her as our buying agent. We first met Grier while we were living overseas, and with only internet to connect, we found her very good to work with. Having one week to come to a place we had never lived, and met her for the house hunt, we relied on her expertise, and found, and signed a contract within our limited time. She work hard for us, and was helpful, while we were back in Japan, for the next few months, and the final steps to move into our new home. I would never hesitate to recommend her, or use her again. Best relator, ever.
