As a first time home buyer, Allison made the whole process simple and non-stressful. Allison was the best agent we could have possibly asked for. She is knowledgeable about the historic homes and areas in Wilmington, was always available, and is simply unflappable. She was always calm, cool, and collected and did a great job of explaining all of our options.

We were buying an out of state property and felt as if we were in one of the HGTV shows in which we look at five house and pick. Grier really narrowed our search to exactly what we asked and had two good very productive days of house hunting before we made and negotiated an offer. We literally came, saw, and bought and she walked us through the process. Very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with an questions we asked.
We have worked with Grier twice now. First to buy our home and this time to sell it. She was outstanding both times and we were very pleased.
