As first time home buyers, Grier did a great job of guiding us through the home buying process. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she really went to bat for us when the sellers were being less than cooperative. All in all buying a house is a stressful process that is made better by working with Grier.

Grier was incredibly helpful during our home buying process! I was still working out of the Charlottesville area during the entire process, but that didn't hinder our home-buying process as Grier was available by phone or email whenever we had a question. She made herself available on weekends to look at homes we were interested in and when we found a house we liked, the negotiations went very smoothly. We heard about Grier through a coworker of mine, who had already recommended her to a couple of our other co-workers. My wife and I moved from the city to the county this year, and it was definitely a tough year to try and pull that off, and Grier was incredibly helpful in doing so. She helped us persevere through the tenseness of the process and helped us jump on possible opportunities as quickly as possible. I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with Grier. We had a very challenging situation with a home we owned in Charlottesville and Grier was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. We can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with Grier. We bought a home in Charlottesville in 2007 and moved to Brooklyn shortly thereafter. We continued to rent the home but we were anxious to sell it as it was a huge pain to maintain from a distance.
