I'm just one month shy of being with Griddy for a year! I was skeptical at first for sure, and yes, last August was tough. however I decided to stick by their side, and I'm so glad I did!
I absolutely couldn’t be happier than I am with Griddy. I can’t imagine why they don’t have 5 stars across the board! I love that they send me alerts when the price goes up so I can go turn off all the extras and save myself some $$. So far this month with all delivery and co-op fees my price/KWh is 6.7 cents! Wooohooo!!
The savings, the savings and the savings!! Being able to have the option to buy electric at wholesale is amazing! Don’t let my words say how great it is, look at the savings!
I dont recommend griddy at all. Me , family and friends have use them an they charge so much but say they save you money. We paid 300.00 in one week no lie. I never had that happen with any other company. I have friends that have paid a lot more then that. We have learned our less DON'T USE GRIDDY. DON'T BECOME A VICTIM.
Their customer service is atrocious. Seems to be just one guy--Demetrius--who picks from a set of canned answers just to end the call and move on to the next inquiry. Like talking to a politician who aims to provide nothing but vacuous answers. Absolutely not helpful.
Griddy is an innovative electric company for people who want to take control of their own usage. They make only $10 per month, and let you buy electricity at the wholesale rate. It can save you a lot of money. But you have to take control of your usage when prices spike less than 1% of the time.
